Stepan Pavlyuk will be leading a seminar in Norilsk, Russia, to introduce local pastors and elders and church members to biblical counseling church ministry, and particularly “How do People Change?”.
He will also be meeting with pastors and other believers in Dudinka and other cities beyond the Arctic Circle on Peninsula Taimyr.
