Frank & Dawn Oliver

Frank Oliver is a lifetime resident of the greater Lafayette, Indiana area, where he serves as the Director of Donor Relations for BCMW. He stepped into this role in 2026, driven by a deep passion for supporting biblical counseling training developed during his previous tenure as the Social Media & Visual Specialist for Faith Ministries.

Before dedicating his talents to ministry, Frank built a distinguished combined career in photojournalism and public service. He spent 25 years as a staff photographer for the Lafayette Journal & Courier newspaper, capturing the stories of his local community. He then served for 13 years as a photographer for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, retiring in 2021.

Alongside his civilian career, Frank spent 24 years in the Air Force Reserve, serving honorably as both a flight medic and a military photographer.

Frank and his wife, Dawn, are proud to call Lafayette home. They have five children and four grandchildren.
